Dear Customer,
We are truly sorry for the long delivery time and the inconvenience caused. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your vehicle immobilized while waiting for the replacement part, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and temporary out-of-stock situation.
Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we are already working to improve our spare parts availability and delivery process to make sure this does not happen again in the future. We also appreciate your patience and the effort you took to repair the original part yourself.
As a small gesture of apology and appreciation for your support, we would like to offer you a special discount code: PUNKCARE15 for 15% OFF your next order.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and support for Punk Electric. We will continue improving both our products and after-sales service to provide a better experience for all riders.
Best regards,
Punk Electric Team
